True Movement

From the March 1968 issue of The Christian Science Journal

One word seems to symbolize the world today better than all others. That word is "movement." A change from a bad to a good, an arbitrary to a just, a historical to an inspirational, or a material to a spiritual basis of thought and reasoning denotes mental motion. Mental movements, or causes, evidence human concern for welfare, health, sustenance, and harmony— a reevaluation of necessities and a responsibility assumed for others. When such feeling for others is not self-centered or meddlesome, it can be very helpful.

Christian Science has been termed a movement, and as such it is reaching and blessing humanity today. In the Glossary of Science and Health Mrs. Eddy defines "Church" as follows:

"The structure of Truth and Love; whatever rests upon and proceeds from divine Principle.
