"Thy home is heaven"

From the July 1968 issue of The Christian Science Journal

"Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations," Ps. 90:1; sang the Psalmist.

This dwelling place, or home, is a heavenly state of consciousness, wherein good is perceived to be the only and eternal reality. Because there is but one Lord—God— there is in reality but one omnipresent home, which includes and embraces all identities. God's loving and beloved children, divine Mind's ideas, dwell forever in the conscious harmony of His presence.

Mankind often find that human environment differs radically from this highest ideal of home. But even if they believe they are dwelling in a tormenting hell of materialism—companioned by discord, disappointment, discouragement, and doubt —even there, the heavenly deliverance of divine Spirit, God, is just at hand.
