It is with much gratitude that I give testimony to God's omnipotent care for His children.
I attended a Christian Science Sunday School as a child and, in young adulthood, church services, but I did not apply Christian Science to my daily life. I tried all the material avenues to happiness, but about ten years ago I realized that I still was not happy. It was then that I began the serious daily study of the Lesson-Sermons in the Christian Science Quarterly.
Immediately the habits of tobacco and social drinking were healed. I read in Psalms (119:133), "Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me." With this purification, membership in a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, was the next step. Class instruction came later. Each day my understanding of the perfection of God and His creation as revealed in Christian Science increases.
