My gratitude is unbounded for the impact that Christian Science has had on my life. I know of no other power than the power of prayer in Christian Science that can solve everyday challenges and problems each of us faces. Not only have I experienced physical healings but, among other proofs of His care, God's provision regarding employment, home, and place. Marriage brought Christian Science to me, and I immediately experienced healings of contagion, headaches, and common cold. These were my firstfruits of healing.
Recently, through radical reliance on God and prayer, our family moved over 12,000 miles from our home. Each detail of this move worked out perfectly, proving God's wonderful way of preparing our right place for us. We studied Hymn No. 148 in the Christian Science Hymnal:
In heavenly Love abiding,
No change my heart shall fear;
And safe is such confiding,
For nothing changes here.
