The Church Manual by Mary Baker Eddy makes the following provision for PER CAPITA TAX (Art. VIII, Sect. 13): "Every member of The Mother Church shall pay annually a per capita tax of not less than one dollar, which shall be forwarded each year to the Church Treasurer." Although this By-Law states that the annual per capita tax must be "not less than one dollar," it does not otherwise limit the amount which may be forwarded. Payments may be sent during the year at any time between January 1 and December 31. Printed forms are mailed January 1 to all members for their convenience in making payments. Please inform the Treasurer of any change in your permanent address.

Building Fund for the Christian Science Center
Relief Fund (for general relief purposes)
Charitable Institutions Fund
Broadcasting Fund
Other Funds (Please specify)
