I have had the great joy of visiting Boston annually for some years now, and in 1975 saw the completed portico of The Mother Church. To me it represents the completion of a wide vision and portrays the answer to steadfast prayers. In these days one holds to the words of Mrs. Eddy (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 141), "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, our prayer in stone, will be the prophecy fulfilled, the monument upreared, of Christian Science."
I would like to confirm my two previous testimonies, one of which was published in 1928 and the other in 1956. Since the latter I have had a most active life and find myself day by day rejoicing in daily renewal of usefulness and activity in the Father's vineyard.
Supply of daily needs has been a continual unfoldment of God's bounty in every way. My home expresses beauty and order, and my garden is a sheer delight. Daily I find myself saying (Ps. 16:6), "The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage."
