Spiritual exploration

Today's Adventure

From the May 1977 issue of The Christian Science Journal

We sometimes hear people say regretfully that the opportunities for adventure have almost disappeared. The world seems so much smaller on account of instant communication. The jet plane has brought people within hours of each other. Television brings events in many parts of the globe right into our living room.

We may then wonder if there is anything left to explore.

Indeed there is: a whole new universe, God's universe, the realm of Spirit, new to the unenlightened thought but established and unfolding forever, awaiting those who are ready to turn away from the transient and unsatisfying material world.
