The movie was coming to an end. The hero, hotly pursued by his enemies, was pressing toward the border. Would he make it? If he stayed on the near side, he would be captured and put in prison— maybe put to death. If he crossed the border, he would find freedom, safety, opportunity, a new life.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if there were such a border for us, which, when crossed, would open up peace, security, and permanence?
I have learned from my study of Christian Science that there is. Jesus told us of it in these words: "The kingdom of God is within you." Luke 17:21;
