A Christian Science lecture is a holy event. Why? Because:
• It's an activity specifically provided for by Mrs. Eddy in the Manual of The Mother Church; See Man., Art. XXXII, Sect. 4. a time when the Christ, Truth, speaks the divine message to the human consciousness.
• It's a time when we invite our neighbors to join with us to be spiritually regenerated through a better understanding of Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, who said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6.
