It has been seventeen years since I had a testimony published in one of the Christian Science periodicals. In the intervening years I've been blessed with numerous healings, but there are two that to me have been particularly valuable as evidences of God's power to heal. It is with deep gratitude that I share them.
A number of years ago I began to experience severe hemorrhaging apparently associated with menopause. I'm grateful to say I was never afraid, for my daily prayer and study of Christian Science sustained me beautifully.
Praying for guidance, I felt the need for a better understanding of womanhood. Turning to the Bible and to Science and Health and Mrs. Eddy's other writings, I did considerable research on woman and womanhood. At that same time the Christian Science Sentinel and The Christian Science Journal had several articles dealing with the subject of womanhood. They were most helpful and inspiring.
