Extreme fatigue overcome

From the November 2000 issue of The Christian Science Journal

A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO, while caring for a loved one for a few months, I suffered from extreme fatigue. The loved one recovered, but I found myself experiencing a back problem as well as dizziness. This condition became so severe that I could only walk short distances at a time.

All I can say is that I felt just like new.

Also, I was comfortable only when I was lying down or standing up. Sitting seemed an impossibility. Although I had been praying about this, I was not making headway. One day I decided to get a cane so that I could at least move around with some support. Interestingly enough, by the time I had returned home with the cane, my thought about the situation had changed dramatically. I suddenly realized that I did not want to go any further in this direction. I mentioned my difficutly to a friend, and she offered to pray for me if I so wished.
