Breaking through writer’s block

From the March 2017 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Oh, how I was dreading that final paper! The assignment seemed overwhelming, and so I procrastinated—big time. All I could think was, “I will be so happy when this stupid paper is finished.”

I didn’t have to write this paper on my own.

Finally, I had to write something. But I felt paralyzed. In desperation, I called a Christian Science practitioner to pray for me. I knew I needed to wake up to the fact that I wasn’t a struggling mortal who didn’t know what to write or how to write it, but rather, I was the expression of the all-knowing Mind, God, reflecting intelligence and clarity.
