Testimonies of Healing

I am so grateful for Christian Science, which was introduced to me some thirty years ago. It has brought peace and good into my experience ever since.

During a Wednesday night testimony meeting at my branch church one year ago, I stood up to express my gratitude for simply being alive. What had led me to this testimony? Actually it was the culmination of so many events.

The Science of Christ has opened my thought to God's presence in my life, and this was demonstrated in a recent experience. During my fifth month of pregnancy, my husband and I were informed we were expecting not one but two babies.

About five years ago I had a skin infection covering a large portion of my right arm. It developed the day after I had been pruning some shrubs.

Christian Science heals permanently. Over fifty years ago I was confined to bed with a serious illness.

Christian Science has been a way of life for my family for three generations. I have experienced many healings through Christian Science treatment, so it was natural for me, when my son experienced pain in his lower abdomen, to turn to the finest healing power known to our family, the healing power of God.

During the past year I struggled every day with not feeling well. Even when there was no specific or identifiable condition, I felt worn out and carried out my normal activities with difficulty.

I'm Dani's mother. We had planned a big family day at Disneyland for Dani's special day.

One Thursday night I didn't feel well. I went upstairs with my mom, and we prayed together.

My introduction to Christian Science was through a high school friend. I soon became acquainted with other Christian Scientists, and we made up a rather tightknit little group with one particular individual whom we all looked up to and considered quite wonderful.
