Words fail to express my thankfulness for God's goodness and wisdom in sending Christ Jesus to show us the way, and to Mrs. Eddy, who has so fully revealed the truth contained in the Bible. She has made it plain to suffering humanity through the inspired thought that Science and Health reveals. It is now over three years since I commenced reading our text-book, which the Bible proves true, and it has revealed to me God's loving care and the healing power of Truth. This has given me health and strength after many years of suffering, and enabled me to lay aside glasses which I had worn for several years. The healing was slow, but the understanding which was given me did the work that all material means had failed to do.
The Christian Science Journal, Sentinel, and Quarterly are very helpful, for which I thank all who are working to help themselves and all mankind. God's blessings are continually being showered upon us through words of love and encouragement from our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy.
