About six years ago I was healed of neuritis in my upper arm. For several days the suffering seemed very real. The practitioner asked me to stay all night at her home, so that she might help me to get dominion over the difficulty. I was finally able to lie down and listen to the reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and dropped off to sleep for about two hours. Again I had to prove my birthright and dominion. When I awakened in the morning a greater sense of peace reigned in my consciousness, and by evening I was able to lie down as usual. In a few days all trace of the pain had vanished.
Mrs. Eddy has given to the world a precious gift for which I am truly grateful. I can prove my gratitude only by living consistently the truth taught therein.
