It is with a deep sense of gratitude for all the joy that it has brought into my experience that I testify to the healing power of Christian Science.
My family began the study of this Science when one of my brothers was healed of double pneumonia. He was also healed of bronchitis, from which he had suffered for more than six years, and because of which he had been considered delicate. His health and strength were established from that time.
We attended the Christian Science Sunday School until reaching the age of twenty, and for the foundation stones laid during those years I could never express sufficient gratitude. I am deeply grateful for my last two years in the Sunday school, for it was during that time that I saw the utter futility of pursuing human and worldly pleasures in order to find happiness. I desired to know more about God, and I looked forward to the time when I, too, could help and heal.
