About thirty years ago I was sent to a hospital, where X rays were, taken, and I was told by the attending physician that I could not live without an immediate operation to remove a large tumor. Seven weeks after the operation was performed, I was told that nothing more could be done for me and was sent home to die. My sister then brought to me the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and a Christian Science practitioner, who lovingly told me that God made everything good, referring me to the first chapter of Genesis in the Bible. There was an immediate healing. The following day I was up doing my work around a farm home.
Another healing was of blood poisoning in both legs, which occurred as soon as I rid my thoughts of resentment. One day I accidentally placed my hand flat on a solid electric burner, and my hand stuck. The thought came to me immediately that God's ideas are perfect and nothing can harm them; and I freed my hand. By steadfastly affirming this truth, I suffered no ill effects from this burn.
More recently I had a healing of a nervous condition that affected all the nerves in my head. I asked a practitioner for help, which was immediately given, and within a week a complete healing was experienced.
