It is with an ever-increasing sense of gratitude that I submit this testimony. I have overcome many difficulties through the application of Christian Science during the years that I have been a student of this wonderful truth.
One of the first blessings I experienced was an instantaneous healing of ptomaine poisoning. This healing was the result of my realization of the truth contained in Mrs. Eddy's statement in Science and Health (p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need." As I endeavored to apply my slight understanding of Christian Science to the situation I realized that if divine Love meets every human need, then it would meet mine, which was not so much a need to heal my body as to correct my concept of man. I knew that as God's idea I could manifest nothing unlike good and that I reflected God as Life by manifesting such qualities as health, perfection, and harmony. Since that healing I have found that divine Love has indeed met my every need.
Christian Science has been invaluable to me in carrying on my business. I have been operating my own business for several years and have always relied on Truth to guide and direct my affairs. Harmony among my employees is one of the aspects for which I am most grateful.
