I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science, the religion which becomes the basis of one's every thought and act. Class instruction has especially aided me.
After suffering several miscarriages, I had much fear of loss before the birth of our baby daughter. With the loving help of a practitioner, however, the birth was harmonious in every respect. It is a constant joy to me to see how even young children can apply the truths of Christian Science. When four years of age our eldest daughter healed herself of chilblains by vigorously denying any lack of warmth in Love.
At three years our second daughter, who had rather deeply cut her heel, allowed me to bind it up and then calmly sat down in her own little chair and said: "Now, let us think of all the truth we know. We know that God is Life, Truth, and Love." This turning to Principle brought healing to her thought. The wound was not mentioned again and was quickly healed.
