"Nothing is more inevitable than the truth. It may be challenged, denied, derided, and rejected, but it cannot be reversed. Long after its detractors are forgotten, the truth will remain to enlighten and benefit all who turn to it.
Likewise, the idea of Truth, God, cannot be extinguished or overcome. It is as eternal as its divine source and will remain sustained by it forever. Persecution and opposition are helpless to prevent its unfoldment.
This was proved in the experience of Christ Jesus from the time of his infancy, when King Herod sought in vain to kill him, until his resurrection and ascension, both of which utterly defeated the purpose of his enemies in crucifying him. In the measure that anyone identifies himself with Truth, he is superior to the obstacles which he faces.
