I am conscious of a calm, peaceful presence;
A will which is undeviating,
A pervading influence which knows no opposition.
I feel an unchanging awareness of Love!
A voice not heard by ear
Imparts to me that I am beloved, complete, pure.
Thus speaks the I am,
The unquestioning and unquestioned,
The immutable and immortal,
The divine Esse.
This is what men call God. But this cannot be
Compassed by a word, an explanation.
This is self-revealment to hungering consciousness,
Showing Love's tenderness with its own.
This is Mind, expressing intelligence, comprising the universe.
Infinite, hallowed grandeur—
The All.
