A THOROUGH and intelligent study of God's laws in their relationship to man shows unmistakably that they constitute one's true individuality; they condition one's being, direct one's destiny, and govern one's behavior. These profound truths were revealed by God to our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, the great prophet of this age.
In her book "No and Yes," she says in this connection (p. 11),"Man has perpetual individuality; and God's laws, and their intelligent and harmonious action, constitute his individuality in the Science of Soul." A demonstrable understanding of this relationship of man to God's laws is essential to our salvation and indispensable to the scientific solution of our human problems.
A dictionary includes as one meaning of the word "law" the following: "A divine commandment or a revelation of the will of God;the whole body of God's commandments or revelations." God's laws are His commands, His mandates, the spiritual and moral forces which emanate from Him and which are eternally empowered and enforced by Him. They reveal His will, which everlastingly governs and orders the universe, including individual man.
