From the November 1966 issue of The Christian Science Journal

In writing to a branch church regarding its dedication, Mary Baker Eddy lovingly counseled, "May God's little ones cluster around this rock-ribbed church like tender nestlings in the crannies of the rocks, and preen their thoughts for upward flight" (The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany, p. 186). This loving counsel is for all time and is extended to earnest students of Christian Science throughout the world.

Twice each year applicants who are ready for membership in The Mother Church are admitted by The Christian Science Board of Directors in accordance with the requirements of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mrs. Eddy.

Application blanks and information concerning Church membership may be obtained at Christian Science Reading Rooms, from clerks of branch churches and societies, from practitioners listed in The Christian Science Journal and in The Herald of Christian Science, or from Gordon V. Comer, Clerk, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. 02115.
