If you are a student of Christian Science but not yet a member of The Mother Church, you are warmly invited to apply for membership during the next admission period.
The opportunity for membership comes twice each year—once in June (applications due by May 1) and once in November (applications due by October 1).
You may obtain an application form from any Christian Science Reading Room, branch church or society, or from a Christian Science practitioner (listed in The Christian Science Journal); or you may write directly to Gordon V.
