Take time
to be silent,
time to reflect;
meditate. Practice
listening; be attuned
to the sound of His angels.
They speak to the quiet,
receptive heart—
lifting thought above
a mortal,
finite
self.
This is Love's
gracious way
of meeting
our present need,
until we awake
from a false material sense
of finite humanhood
to our God-crowned,
spiritual manhood;
beloved heirs
of His
boundless
good.
