Dominion over, Not Subjection to, Evil

From the May 1968 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Which has dominion, good or evil? Christian Science teaches that good has. It maintains that good's dominion can be proven in the face of disease, death, sin, failure, injustice, fear, confusion, limitation, hatred, deceit, envy, cynicism, boredom, insecurity, war, and other etceteras of evil.

This means that the great Comforter, the spirit of Truth, is at hand!

How does the Christianly scientific thinker gain dominion over evil forces or laws that cause malfunction? He starts from the standpoint that the Principle of good, God, intelligently governs man and the universe. This government blesses man. It never relinquishes its control to another power named evil, for God is All in all. Then evil and its causes are states of mortal mind not to be accepted as reality.
