Since my last testimony appeared in the Christian Science Sentinel more than ten years ago, I have received many blessings and proofs of God's care. The giving of testimonies at the Wednesday testimony meetings gives one a feeling of saying "Thank You" to God. I feel one written to the periodicals gives one an even greater means of thanking Him.
Recently we had a wonderful proof of God's protecting care. My husband was involved in an automobile accident. His car was hit broadside on the driver's side, and he was tossed about like a rubber ball. The car was completely wrecked. Witnesses were amazed that he could walk away on his own.
My husband informed the police officer that he was a Christian Scientist and asked to be taken home. The officer felt he should go to a hospital, but Love's presence opened the way, and he was brought home.
