Humbly and gratefully I acknowledge the healing efficacy of Christian Science as revealed in all Mrs. Eddy's writings.
Thoughtful reading of her book, Science and Health, the inspired textbook of Christian Science, worked in me a transformation and regeneration which brought my healing of a condition diagnosed as an incurable disease of the heart. Eminent physicians in New York had declared with finality that no more could be done for me, and that my days were numbered. That was in December, 1917. The complete and permanent healing through Christian Science came about two years later.
The study of this Science led me to an inspired evaluation of the Bible, on which Christian Science is based. The testimony of this healing appeared in the Christian Science Sentinel of May 29, 1954.
