Would you like to do a better job of proving and demonstrating for yourself the healing power of Christian Science? The purpose of Christian Science class teaching is to make you a better Mind-healer.
In the textbook, Science and Health, Mrs. Eddy presents the question, "Will you explain sickness and show how it is to be healed?" She begins her answer thus: "The method of Christian Science Mind-healing is touched upon in a previous chapter entitled Christian Science Practice. A full answer to the above question involves teaching, which enables the healer to demonstrate and prove for himself the Principle and rule of Christian Science or metaphysical healing." Continuing, she writes, "Mind must be found superior to all the beliefs of the five corporeal senses, and able to destroy all ills." Science and Health, p. 493;
Christian Science is a system of healing through prayer, based on the method Christ Jesus practiced and established. Mrs. Eddy writes, "The term Christian Science was introduced by the author to designate the scientific system of divine healing." p. 123;
