In the 1920's our first testimony appeared in The Herald of Christian Science (German Edition); the second, in the February, 1935, issue of the Journal. These demonstrations were built on the rock, Truth.
In our native land of Switzerland, Bible study was a required subject in school from the first grade through high school. I learned chapter after chapter by heart but did not get the spiritual meaning. After I began the study of Christian Science, the Bible became an open book. Any questions were answered in the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science.
