Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established (Prov. 24:3)
Wisdom and understanding—frequently associated in Hebrew literature—are words with a wealth of associations. Understanding carries the sense of "insight; perception," while wisdom means (among other things) "technical skill; experience; common sense; the sum of a culture's values and traditions; the ordering and ruling power of God, entrusted to or expressed by people, especially kings."
Forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth (Matt. 13:5)
