There's no time for weeping!

From the May 1978 issue of The Christian Science Journal

There's no time for weeping over death. There are lessons to learn—lessons of real life and love and dominion over mortality! There is the requirement of Life, God, to find man in Himself, in divine Mind, instead of in frail dust.

John tells us that when Jesus restored Lazarus from the dead, first he reminded Martha, a sister, "Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?" John 11: 40;

Death, you say, does not mark the occasion for you and me to see the glory of God? Even though we may not yet be spiritually seasoned enough to raise the dead as Christ Jesus did, we can rise against belief in mortality with renewed strength and determination to throw off the materialism that produces the illusion of death. We can bless the world and heal our own grief instead of sinking in sorrow over what seems to be a personal loss. We can glorify God by expressing more life than we have done before.
