The Board of Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society, with the concurrence of The Christian Science Board of Directors, has elected Michael A. West, C. S., of Boston, as a Trustee of the Publishing Society, effective July 1.
Mr. West succeeds Eric Bole, C. S. B., of Boston, who has retired from that post after six years of dedicated service in order to devote his full time to the public practice of Christian Science. Mr. Bole will continue to teach his class and hold his association meetings in Boston.
Mr. West, a lifelong Christian Scientist, has been an Assistant Treasurer of The Mother Church for the past four years. He had been slated for appointment to the Board of Lectureship in June, but this has been deferred so he can take up his new duties as Trustee.
