Easter song

From the April 1982 issue of The Christian Science Journal

No trumpet
fanfare
horn
proclaimed the resurrection morn.

In quiet solitude
he silenced
the universal lie
man was born to die.

Mary
spread the word: Come,
see evidence of man's immortality.

Now, as then,
the Master's words echo down the years:
"He that believeth on me hath
everlasting life."
