A little word? But a word big in meaning when we begin to understand that God is All, that divine Spirit is absolutely infinite.
Christ Jesus proved God's power to heal all manner of disease. Likewise, when there were multitudes to feed with what seemed a scant supply of food, he fed them all. Jesus blessed all—not only those who loved and believed him, but those who hated and persecuted him as well.
Divine Science, the Comforter promised by Jesus, is today blessing mankind. Those who follow its teachings are learning that God alone is power and presence. Holding to this great truth, they see evil start to disappear from their lives. Those yet unaware of Science live in a world helped by this Christly leaven, working unseen to dispel the monstrous lies of materialism. Truth is, in effect, blessing all. Mrs. Eddy emphasizes: "The Scriptures give the keynote of Christian Science from Genesis to Revelation, and this is the prolonged tone: 'For the Lord He is God, and there is none beside Him.' And because He is All-in-all He is in nothing unlike Himself; and nothing that worketh or maketh a lie is in Him, or can be divine consciousness."Miscellaneous Writings, p. 366.
