Church Bulletin Board

Whether at a shopping mall, on a college campus, or in the foyer of a church, a bulletin board is a great place for people to share information. You can learn a lot about an active community from reading local bulletin boards. We hope you'll enjoy this bulletin board and feel encouraged to join in and share experiences.

It can be very special to hear from a former Sunday School student who has gone off to college but in the middle of busy schedules takes time to write back to church friends—especially a former Sunday School teacher. Once in a while, such letters find themselves tacked up on a friendly church bulletin board so that all the church family can share in the love and lessons learned. Here 's just such a letter that was shared with us recently. We thought we 'd tack it up on our bulletin board to share with our church family.

Remember I said I was planning on sending you a letter? Well here I am actually writing it! . . . Anyway, I'm writing to thank you for your letter to me and for all of the spiritual support and insight you gave me last summer. My first year of college was so different than any other in my life—it's one big change that is not the least bit gentle or gradual. When I first got to [school], I realized that overnight everything had changed. . . .
