Of note This month

From the July 1989 issue of The Christian Science Journal

A display advertisement like this one might be just what you're looking for in order to invite newcomers to your next Christian Science lecture.

During the current lecture year the Christian Science Sentinel is prepared to carry display advertisements for Christian Science lectures where there is sufficient interest and response from the Field. Because of limited space available in the Sentinel, we are looking forward to using these advertisements selectively. But we believe that a modest amount of lecture advertising could be quite valuable in support of branch churches that are reaching out to wider lecture audiences in the community.

Churches which would be most likely to benefit from this special advertising would be those, for example, that are holding a joint lecture or that may be holding a series of lectures in a community, or perhaps a church holding a lecture in a public lecture hall in a sizable community.
