Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice, that he might instruct thee.

Throughout the Bible we read accounts of those who were spiritually in tune with the message of God, who heard it, followed its guidance, and experienced wonderful blessings of deliverance and healing. To some it came as thunder, to others as a whisper; but whether audible or silent, God's message reached the hearts and minds of Biblical prophets and they responded to it.
