When healing comes and normalcy returns,...

From the March 1991 issue of The Christian Science Journal

When healing comes and normalcy returns, there aren't words to describe the gratitude this brings. When false traits of character are seen and replaced with the true nature of man in God's likeness, the feeling of regeneration and renewal is awesome.

Christian Science makes apparent that the true nature of man is spiritual and teaches the relationship of man to God, his Father-Mother. For a deeper understanding of these truths, my appreciation for Mrs. Eddy is unbounded. What she has given to the world in Christian Science is priceless. Daily I am striving to learn and understand more. I have many reasons to give thanks and would like to share a few.

Four years ago my right arm from time to time would go limp, having no feeling or use. The fear of inability was great, but I was able to continue my work as a Christian Science nurse. Fearing my arm could go out at any time left me feeling vulnerable.
