When you’re job hunting, wouldn’t you love to be intuitively led through the employment market maze to an opening with your name on it? To a position that seems tailor-made, demanding all of your unique talents and gifts? Hours of networking, combing the classifieds and Internet postings don’t necessarily lead to that perfect slot, and—speaking from experience—it can feel discouraging.
