Testimonies of Healing
It is with great humility, gratitude, and love for Christian Science that I write this joyful testimony in the hope that it might touch a heart, as others' testimonies have touched mine. Brought up in Christian Science from childhood, as I had been, I had seen wonderful healings in my family.
I HAVE BEEN AN ACTIVE Christian Scientist for many years and have had many healings of things like colds, flu, effects of accidents, shyness. I've also had relationships renewed and financial problems solved.
My grandmother had a serious heart condition when she was a young widow. Her sister had been healed of a similar condition by turning to Christian Science.
Some years ago, I was diagnosed with several medically incurable illnesses, including multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia, a painful muscle disease. Several excellent doctors were trying to help me, and I had tried homeopathic remedies on my own, but there was no cure.
I am grateful to understand, in at least some small way, the unchangeable nature of my spirituality. I experienced an indescribable light.
A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AGO, while caring for a loved one for a few months, I suffered from extreme fatigue. The loved one recovered, but I found myself experiencing a back problem as well as dizziness.

Members of our family were traveling to another city to enjoy a special get-together while also attending a state swim meet, in which a family member was competing. My husband and I ate a late supper before retiring at the hotel.
Recently I was carrying a large container down our back stairs. Our large, energetic dog came bounding down the stairs after me, expecting to play.
Although starting a family was our fondest desire, my husband and I were having trouble realizing our hopes. Two failed pregnancies caused me to reach out for a more spiritual view of family and children.
