Testimonies of Healing

As a lifelong Christian Scientist, I have seen many healings through spiritually scientific prayer. I am grateful for the glimpses I have had of the allness of God.

Christian Science came to light for me through an experience with our daughter, who was then about six years old. She was very ill with continuous coughing spells.

Although I learned about Christian Science as a teen-ager, and loved its teachings, I later drifted away from them. None of my friends lived by what seemed to me then to be such strict standards.

I am truly abounding with thanksgiving to God for Christian Science. It is provable, practical, and it heals! My husband and I were in an automobile collision.

My first healing in Christian Science was an outstanding one for our family. Right after I had started first grade I became ill.

It is with great gratitude for Christian Science that I relate two special healings. In each case a seriously ill child was restored to health through prayer alone.

Christian Science was very helpful to me in a legal case a few years ago. A relative who passed away had named my brother, my sister, and me in his will as primary beneficiaries of his estate.

I was introduced to Christian Science nearly sixty years ago when my sister and I were traveling in vaudeville. We became acquainted with two other young women who were on the bill with us.
