Testimonies of Healing

I am very grateful for Christian Science and for all the blessings it has brought to me and mine. I was not raised in Christian Science.

I am grateful for the continuous unfolding of the idea of Church, and for its representation by the Church of Christ, Scientist, which has blessed every aspect of my life. I attended a Christian Science Sunday School from my earliest years.

As a child, I lived next door to a family of Christian Scientists. I was impressed by the healings of their children.

"Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart" ( Ps. 119:111 ).

"The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms" ( Deut. 33:27 ).

With a great deal of love and appreciation to God for our Master, Christ Jesus, and for his dedicated follower, Mary Baker Eddy, I write this testimony. As a lifelong Christian Scientist, with the exception of a few unfruitful years when I stopped studying Science, I have witnessed many wonderful examples of God's guidance and care.

To have been introduced to Christian Science is the greatest blessing of my life. It came at a time when I felt I had lost my childhood conviction that someday I would find the truth.
