Testimonies of Healing

Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science and for what it has meant to me the past seventeen years. Before coming into Christian Science I believed in "a God afar off.

I wish to express my gratitude for all that is mine of joy and health, and for the change of thought and character that has come about for me since I took up the study of Christian Science about fourteen years ago. At that time a friend placed the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, in my hand, asking if I knew anything of it.

I should like to express my gratitude for Christian Science. Through its study I have learned that to "pray without ceasing" is a practical possibility.

In gratitude to God, to Christ Jesus, and to Mary Baker Eddy, I give this testimony. During the past fifteen years I have been bountifully blessed and benefited by the study and application of Christian Science.

I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. Over four years ago I was supposedly in a very serious condition.

One of the things I am most grateful for is that early in my experience I was forced to use what little I knew of Christian Science. I had been studying for little more than a year when my husband felt led to go to Boston to seek healing for a disease considered serious.

It is with a sense of great gratitude that I wish to verify the foregoing testimony which my wife and I are happy to share with others. Christian Science has been our only physician for many years, and I have proved that when it is properly applied and understood, and when I have turned wholeheartedly to God and "put on the whole armour of God," Christian Science heals, and heals permanently.

Christian Science has been my only help in trouble for a number of years, and I am sincerely grateful for many healings that have taken place in my home, and for the peace and comfort it has brought in every trial that has come to me. I wish to share one wonderful healing which my husband experienced.

Christian Science has been my only physician for over twenty years. I received help from Christian Science during the World War.

I wish to express my joy and gratitude for the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. Through the study of this textbook I received my first healing in Christian Science.
