Testimonies of Healing
One December, my husband and I were not working. All the other parents were buying clothes for their children for Christmas.
One day a fellow Christian Scientist I was talking to spoke of how important it is to be vigorous in resisting the suggestions of need for eyeglasses and hearing aids. He felt that apathy often resulted in a failure to heal these difficulties.
It is over seventy years since Christian Science was introduced to our family. Since then I have never had any other help but Christian Science.

One evening our daughter telephoned to ask me to pray for her eldest son, who was very ill with what she thought was meningitis. His school had sent a letter to all parents, giving details of this disease and the symptoms, and he was manifesting all of them.

I am deeply grateful for the sustaining influence of Christian Science in my life. Expecting good, knowing that good is God's will for me, has made me listen for God in times of need.
