Returning, after four years, for a quiet little change, to this most beautiful spot in the Monticito Valley, where the sea and the mountains seem to touch, it is fitting to send out into the world, by way of the Journal, a little "Song of Gratitude."
I have already written of finding Truth here four years ago, and what this meant to a restless, lonely sense-life; but I did not speak of the healing which occurred immediately after my acceptance of Christian Science.
This but bears out the thought we hear so often expressed. The finding of the perfect, changeless Principle by which every act of my life is weighed, and the illumination of the Bible that comes through "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" means more to me than the physical healing!
