I Wish to express my gratitude for the many beautiful healings we have had through the study and application of Christian Science. At a time of deepest need Christian Science was presented to me. Some months previous to this I had submitted to a most serious operation, hoping to find relief from years of suffering. This did not come; instead, a condition was left which necessitated my having to wear an abdominal support. I was told by the physicians of the city in which I then lived that I should wear this indefinitely, it being the only aid for the condition. With the kind and loving help of a faithful Christian Science practitioner, however, in a very short time the condition was entirely overcome and the support laid aside; and there has been no need for it since. This was more than nine years ago. During these years my son and I have depended on Christian Science for each and every need. It has never failed when we did our part. During a period of financial struggles, my husband being only temporarily employed at various places for two years, often the hours were indeed dark; but when the truths as taught in Christian Science were earnestly applied, the need for the particular time was always met. In the course of time we were most beautifully located in a far-distant city, where permanent employment was secured. This has also afforded many opportunities to prove the wonderful power of God as taught in Christian Science.
