A number of years ago some friends invited me to attend a Wednesday evening testimony meeting. I attended several meetings after that, and was much impressed with what I heard; but I did not accept Christian Science at that time. The seed of Truth had been sown in my consciousness, however; for several years later, when in great distress of body and mind, I turned to Christian Science for help. I was first healed of a throat difficulty, an intestinal disorder, and hay fever, while reading the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. There have been many healings since that time—physical, mental, and moral. I am deeply grateful for Christian Science, and for its Discoverer and Founder, Mrs. Eddy. I am also grateful for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church.— Utica, New York.
