GOD'S law governs the real man and the spiritual universe; and God is Love. It is the work of Christian Scientists to express the law of Love, thus helping to awaken mankind from mortal misconceptions of life to the truth of being.
There is nothing mysterious or far off about salvation through Christ, Truth. We learn in Christian Science that man, as the reflection of Mind, God, is perfect, here and now; and that our salvation consists in knowing and demonstrating our real spiritual selfhood or being.
Christian Science is the law of Truth. Jesus of Nazareth convincingly demonstrated the law of Truth in destroying the falsehoods of sin, disease, and death. The scribes and the Pharisees, misinterpreting the law and the prophets, attempted to confute his arguments, but his simple words of truth and his proofs of spiritual dominion confounded them.
