It is with sincere gratitude to God, to Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, and to Mary Baker Eddy, our beloved Leader, that I give this testimony, with the hope that someone who may doubt the healing efficacy of Christian Science will be helped.
When Christian Science came to my knowledge I was in the depths of despair, because I did not know that God is ever present. I had had three major operations in less than three years. These and other difficulties, including a kidney trouble, brought on a nervous breakdown, and that is where Christian Science found me.
After I was able to do my work, I was conscious of a pain in my right side when I raised my arm over my head. I had been taking medicine and serums until I asked for help in Christian Science, when I began to rely wholly on Science.
